Welcome to Epic Foam Co. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any interactions with our business, including booking foam party events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as outlined during the booking process.
   
• Final payment is due before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received on time.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit, if applicable).
   
• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
   
• Epic Foam Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
   

• All participants entering the foam must have a completed and signed liability waiver before the event.
   
• Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for minors under 18 years old.
   
• Waivers are available digitally via Smartwaiver and must be completed prior to participation.
   

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Epic Foam Co. staff.
   
• Foam parties are slippery and may involve running or active play; use caution and appropriate footwear.
   
• Epic Foam Co. is not liable for injury, accident, or damage caused by unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructions.
   

Epic Foam Co. is not liable for:

• Any damage to or death of plants, lawns, or landscaping around the foam zone
   
• Lost or damaged personal property during the event
   
• Injuries sustained from slipping, falling, or inappropriate use of the foam area
   

You agree to hold Epic Foam Co. harmless for any claims related to participation in our events.

• Foam parties are weather-dependent.
   
• We may cancel or reschedule in the event of heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe conditions.
   
• Clients will be notified in advance and offered a refund or alternate date if rescheduling is not possible.
   

• By participating in or hosting an Epic Foam Co. event, you grant us the right to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing purposes.
   
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event.

Epic Foam Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
